4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Apex Architecture Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client Materials: You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us for your projects. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

  • Typically, 50% upfront payment is required to commence work
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Revisions and Changes

  • Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Major scope changes may require a change order and additional fees
  • Revision requests must be provided in writing

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and materials. We will not share your project information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Architecture Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or these terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Architecture Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
